Re: Gas Tank Relocation. I wanted everything on the outside of my '67 Stepside shaved clean so when I relocated the tank between the frame rails behind the Diff I specified a short vertical neck. The wooden bed was drilled for a 2 in hole and a deck fill fitting from a powerboat was installed flush with the bed.. Supplements for circulation
